Terms & Conditions
- All bookings are fully refundable up to 7 days prior to the arrival date. Valid credit/debit card details will be required to confirm a reservation.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the arrival date are fully payable.
- Accounts are payable on the day of arrival. Payments can be made by cash, debit card, credit card. For guests wishing to pay by cash a valid debit or credit card is required. We are sorry but we do not accept American Express.
- Should you wish to cancel your booking, you must do so in writing (letter or email) and it must be acknowledged by us before any refund can be made.
- In the event of a no-show you will be charged the full cost of your booking.
- All payments for a no show, termination or cancellation will be taken on the credit or debit card provided at the time of booking.
- In the unlikely event that we cannot provide you your requested accommodation, we will assist you in finding alternative, similarly priced accommodation in the area.
- We will be entitled to reclaim from you the cost of replacing lost keys or for any damage to property.
- If you engage in unacceptable behaviour, causing disturbance or nuisance to other guests or us, we have the right to terminate your stay and will require you to leave the premises immediately. Under these circumstances you may be liable for the full cost or your original booking.
- Bookings are governed by English law.
